Usage bands still apply during the paid beta. Provisioning is manual, but the quota and burst model is already defined.

Metering and restrictions
Usage is metered in request units, not raw HTTP count. Lighter lookups such as screening and market snapshots cost fewer units; heavier data requests and premium workflows are provisioned as higher-cost bundles or separate add-ons.
